Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We deliver to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. Highlands and Islands may take an additional working day. We do not currently ship internationally.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email. Track your parcel at royalmail.com. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 working days, please check your spam folder.
Delivery charges are applied to your ASDA Gift Card at checkout. This is our only accepted payment method — ensure your card balance covers the full order total including any delivery fee.
